1. Intellectual Property & Brand Identity

Everything you see here—from our custom garment designs and UI components to our photography, typography, and the Bedoon Essm name itself—is our exclusive intellectual property. We’ve poured our creative energy into building this brand. You are welcome to share our links and talk about us, but please do not scrape, copy, or repurpose our assets without explicit written permission.


2. Pricing, Inventory, & "The Glitch Clause"

We rely on a high-performance, real-time backend to keep our inventory and pricing synced. However, technology isn't immune to the occasional glitch.


  • If an item is accidentally priced at R0.00 or an absurdly low amount due to a system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order. We’ll notify you immediately rather than holding you in suspense.

  • All products are subject to availability. In the rare event of a stock collision where an item sells out while your transaction is processing, you will receive a full and immediate refund.

3. User Conduct & Security

Our platform is built to be a safe, accessible space for everyone. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.


  • No Bots Allowed: Any attempts to use automated scripts, scrapers, or bots to harvest data, bypass checkout limits, or stress-test our infrastructure will result in an immediate and permanent IP ban.

4. Modifications to the Service

Fashion moves fast, and so does the internet. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any product, feature, or service on our platform at any time, without prior notice. We may also update these terms occasionally to reflect new features or legal requirements.


5. Governing Law

Bedoon Essm is proudly born and operated in South Africa. These Terms & Conditions, and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
