Refund & Returns Policy

At Bedoon Essm South Africa (Trademark Reg: 2024/29462), we stand behind the quality of our apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return and refund.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a refund, your return must meet the following conditions:

• The return process is initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

• The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused, remaining in the exact condition you received it.

• All original branding, tags, labels, and packaging remain fully intact and attached.

Return Process

Initiate:

• Request a Return through your created account with your order number and the reason for the return.

Ship:

• Once your return is authorized, package the item securely. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was defective or damaged.

Inspect & Refund:

• Once your return arrives at our facility and passes inspection, we will notify you via email. An approved refund will automatically be processed and credited back to your original method of payment (please allow a few business days for your bank to reflect the transaction).

Non-Refundable Items

• Gift cards

• Items purchased on final clearance/sale (unless defective)

Defective or Incorrect Items

If we made a mistake with your order or you received a defective garment, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement and cover all associated courier fees.
